One thing that stood out to me during my stay at Neo Gubeng - Surabaya By Aston was the excellent location. It was conveniently close to the city center, making it easy for me to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable stay throughout my visit. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring.

While there were a couple of minor issues during my stay, such as the need for extra supervision of the cleaning staff and a slight delay in hot water availability, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Twin beds are spacious, fluffy pillows and refreshing lemon grass aroma in room. Modern, clean rooms with quirky gekkos in bathroom. Close to train station, but taxi may be needed with luggage. Surprisingly good room service, on par with restaurants. Nice lobby and pleasant wall art.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. Its strategic location in the center of Surabaya makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms have been updated with modern facilities, including a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with made-to-order eggs included.

All aspects of this hotel were okay.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were below average. the bathroom had a leak and was not properly cleaned, and towels were torn and dirty.

Friendly staff, variety in breakfast, good location, good drainage in toilet, nice music in the room, friendly staff again.

Nothing to dislike.
