The room was decently clean and the staff were friendly. the pool area was also updated and enjoyable. the location was convenient, with ample parking available.

The room was outdated and in desperate need of renovations. the bathroom was small and lacked counter space, with a low-pressure shower that was dirty and had brown stains above the door.

The employees at Surestay Collection By Best Western went above and beyond to accommodate us when our car broke down. They allowed us to stay past checkout time and even gave us lunch recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to an outlet mall and various restaurants and shops. The hotel was situated on a mountain side, which provided a beautiful view. Additionally, there was a new Presbyterian hospital nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel service was excellent and the breakfast had a nice variety of options.

Neg- Unfortunately, there was an issue with the noisy refrigerator in the room and it was difficult to turn off.

I had a great time at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the historical sites and airport, which made it easy to get around. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and I loved the garden furniture that was available. The staff provided excellent room service and the sauna and swimming pool were the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the area.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient to stay.

Close to freeway, great value for money, very friendly staff and basic amenities were just what we needed.
