the location is nice, but the service was an absolute nightmare. I had to deal with a broken in-room safe, and no one cared to fix it. Plus, the chair situation at the beach was disastrous.

Be sure to reserve dinner at the aquarium dining area for an unforgettable experience watching fish while you eat. Don’t miss out on the rum flight pairing.

Excellent beach access and fun activities included!

My stay was incredibly frustrating from the start. The check-in process was painfully slow, taking around 25 minutes just to drop off my keys on checkout because the staff was too busy chatting with other guests. Additionally, the navigation around the property felt like a maze, and the empty shampoo dispensers were just the icing on the cake of this disappointing experience.

Waking up to that ocean view, ja no! Brekkie at GulfSide Grill was such a treat, Denise was a lekker server. Chilled at the beach every day, just perfect for soaking up the sun and making new friends.

Only downside was the beds, man, they could do with an upgrade. Eina!

The Floating Water Park was a hit, and we took advantage of the volleyball and tennis courts. Staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed the live music by the beach. Just a heads up for future guests, the beach chair setup comes with an extra fee for front row seats.

One downside was the noise from the nearby bar, which was pretty loud and disrupted our sleep. It would be nice if the hotel arranged rooms further away from it for light sleepers.

Consider taking advantage of the quiet adults-only pool if you're seeking a peaceful retreat. it’s a hidden gem amidst the bustling family areas.

Consider improving the cleanliness around common areas!!! Noise levels from nearby bars were quite disruptive!!! The cabana reservation system is confusing and should be streamlined for better guest experience!!!

The Rumfish Beach has a lovely outdoor atmosphere for families with delightful activities, including kid-friendly contests like belly flop contests, making my daughter's day. Staff like Melissa at guest services were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was another highlight. There’s room for improvement in food options and noise control, though.
