Beautiful hotel, beautiful pool, with a lovely outdoor dining area where we enjoyed breakfast and an incredible selection of local dishes that truly enhanced our stay.

Everything was impeccable.

Staying for five nights, the Premium King Room with Pool View was a highlight, offering comfort and a serene atmosphere. The breakfast buffet included delightful jams and a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Evening meals at the hotel’s restaurant were impressive, with generous portion sizes and plenty of choices. While the service was friendly, there were instances of slow food preparation during peak dining hours, so making reservations for larger groups is advisable. A perfect retreat for families and couples seeking relaxation by the beach.

the holiday inn was a fantastic stay! our room was a king suite with a lovely garden view. breakfast and dinner were delicious. the outdoor pool was a highlight, with a swim-up bar that added to the fun. plus, the staff, especially anjas, teja, and yayuk, went above and beyond!

Had an amazing time with friends! The kids loved the activities, especially the kids club, where up to four kids ages 12 and under eat free anytime. We enjoyed a great dinner by the beachfront and the proximity to local attractions was a plus. Highly recommend this spot!

Check-in was a bit frustrating as we had to wait despite arriving on time. We felt overlooked compared to some other guests, which was disappointing. However, overall, the stay was enjoyable despite this hiccup.

I could've used a map to find my room—it's like a maze! Oh, and the temperature of the pool water might convince you it’s bath time, not swim time!

I enjoyed the lovely beachfront area and gorgeous restaurant ambiance, where dinner was included in the rate! The spacious grounds provided a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Though the amenities impressed, I found the food service to be quite slow, especially at dinner. Additionally, I experienced an unpleasant odor in my room that persisted despite reporting it to the staff.

The gardens and pool area were sublime, and I enjoyed the direct access to the beach. The Envy restaurant had sensational meal options that elevated our stay. Walking the boardwalk to Seminyak was a refreshing escape after a day of relaxation. The kids' club kept the little ones entertained with fun activities all day long!

My wife says that they should improve communication about pool renovations ahead of time. It caught us off guard when we wanted to swim during our stay.

The staff were truly amazing. I remember when the air conditioning in my room had a problem, they were super quick to respond, checking in on me and even changing my room without any hassle, felt like I was their top priority! The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly good, especially the romantic dinner they arranged for us, it was executed perfectly.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth every penny.
