As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and comfortable suite I was upgraded to. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout my stay, and I enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from my room. The breakfast options at the restaurant were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed starting my day at the coffee shop overlooking the pool.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a generous size bathroom. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and shops, and just next to a beautiful beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The pool was a great place to relax and the kids loved the kids club and movies room.

The aircon in the room was a bit noisy and there was a foul smell coming through the vents at certain times.

The staff at Holiday Inn made our stay truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The personalized attention to detail was exceptional, from remembering our names to knowing our preferences. The guest relations manager, Umar, even helped organize a special birthday party for one of my daughters. The beauty and cleanliness of the resort were also highlights, and the beach and ocean views were breathtaking. I highly recommend taking advantage of the Tea Tree Spa services, as the massage by Yoseph was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a phenomenal stay with your family.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. They even organized a special birthday surprise for me, which made my stay truly memorable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the bar served great drinks. I also appreciated the hotel's timely pick-up and drop-off service, as well as the complimentary welcome drinks. The Tea Tree Massage and Spa was an absolute highlight, thanks to the amazing massage therapist, Nani. The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed the live music entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious rooms and a squeaky clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a kids' club that our children absolutely loved. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and taking care of every detail. The location near the airport was convenient, and the direct access to the beach made it even better. The breakfast was great, and the staff even customized it to our requirements.

This venue is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. The spa center was a true oasis, with full body massages and beauty treatments that left me feeling relaxed. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were top-notch and a great escape from the hot weather. Access to the beach was a plus as I could easily relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a beach umbrella. The outdoor dining area was lovely and the food was delicious.

My only minor issue was with the service, as the staff was not as warm as I had expected. However, this did not ruin my overall amazing experience at this hotel.

Great hospitality, excellent service, polite and courteous staff, proactive pool attendant, special arrangements for late checkout, complimentary breakfast. Located near the beach and airport, quiet location with restaurants and shops nearby. Great breakfast, nice pool with swim-up bar, amazing taste of food, helpful and accommodating staff.
