The room is great, recently renovated, and has good air conditioning. The pool is exceptional and well designed. The pick-up and shuttle service from the port was great.

The hotel is conveniently located very near to the pier to Sanur, making it easy to travel to and from the mainland. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is professional and tries their best to make guests feel comfortable. Some facilities like a nice pool and lovely gardens are provided for guests to enjoy.

The staff's English communication skills can be improved.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Arsa Santhi! The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our day and make the most of our short stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from all the restaurants. We especially loved the pool, the perfect temperature to relax after a long day of exploring the island. we highly recommend Arsa Santhi for a wonderful stay in Nusa Penida.

Spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The Manager and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with taxis and activities. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. The location is wonderful, close to the harbor and many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms, especially those on the second floor, come with a nice balcony, providing a wonderful view. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is very near to the pier to Sanur, the harbour, and even the turtle center. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. a pleasant stay.

The pool and garden were beautiful, providing a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy during our stay. The location was great, with easy access to the harbor and various restaurants and bars in the area.

The food at the hotel was not up to par. Additionally, the seating area in the restaurant was uncomfortable and not very clean.

Near the port, the room was comfortable with good AC and hot water. the staff was helpful, providing easy access to nearby areas and also a ride to the port. the bed was large and clean with two queen-sized beds pushed together. the staff provided recommendations for food and arranged a snorkeling trip for us.

There were significant interruptions during breakfast, with an unacceptable number of flies landing on the food. the snorkeling trip was delayed by 1.5 hours, causing a significant delay to our overall schedule, which was irritating.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to the harbor for easy transportation. There were also numerous restaurants nearby offering a variety of delicious continental food options.

The service at the hotel made us feel like royalty, with nothing being too much trouble.
