Located in the heart of the city, this historical building is surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of alun-alun Bandung. The friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant. The room provided a comfortable stay with a spacious bathroom and a stunning view of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a Batavia lounge for relaxation.

There were no non-smoking floors available, which was a slight inconvenience.

The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities available. The room amenities, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, provided enhanced comfort. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to relax and enjoy a delicious meal or a refreshing drink. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also loved the leisure facilities, such as the spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool, where we could unwind and rejuvenate ourselves. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was an added bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this venue provided exceptional comfort, quality services, and a memorable experience.

Spending Christmas at this historic hotel was amazing. the breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of Indonesian and Western options. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were lucky enough to receive complementary Christmas desserts and drinks. the hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, and the beautiful art deco architecture made for a truly special experience.

The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected when we needed to. the nearby mosque was quite loud during prayer times, which disrupted our sleep.
