My recent stay at Hotel Santika was excellent. The hotel is clean and modern, with smartly furnished rooms. The facilities were top-notch, including a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Although there were some language barriers with the staff, I was able to use my iPad with Google Translate to communicate with them for simple requests. It would be beneficial if the hotel provided more information about things to see and do in the area, as well as offering a car and driver service.

Spacious rooms and great location

The hotel we stayed at was well worth the price. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect for exploring the city center and nearby tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was varied and tasty.

The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff. There were some delays in the response to our requests and the service was not as quick as we would have liked.
