The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping area in Himeji, making it easy to explore and find everything you need. It is also very close to Himeji Castle, which is a must-see attraction in the area. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. The staff is polite and helpful, providing a pleasant experience. There is also a nice observation terrace where you can enjoy a great view of the castle.

The bed could be more comfortable, but it is still in line with other typical business hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a printed guide and map upon arrival. The location was perfect, being very close to the castle and train station, and there was even a supermarket nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a coin laundry available 24/7 that was reasonably priced. The breakfast served here was one of the best I've had during my three months of traveling in Japan, offering a great selection and fantastic value for money.

This hotel's location is really convenient, just a short walk from both the train station and the famous castle. It's perfect for a day trip to explore Himeji. The staff here is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast, although not included, is worth adding on as it offers a good variety of options including both Japanese dishes and Western choices. The room, although a bit smaller than expected, was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities we needed.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered hot towels, which was nice. the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to a famous cultural landmark and a nearby lively shopping district. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was not worth the price - I would recommend eating outside of the hotel.

Stayed at Wing International for our visit to the castle. The location was perfect, between the station and the castle, making it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, and we appreciated the vending machines and microwave ovens available on different floors. Staff were friendly, and the Japanese breakfast was excellent. Plenty of nearby restaurant options, although some closed early. a great stay with a bonus of a private roofdeck.

The best parts of my stay were the convenient location and the helpful staff. The hotel is situated close to the train station and within walking distance of the famous castle. This made it really easy for me to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. One nice touch was being able to borrow an umbrella during a rainy day.

While my overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. like many hotels in Japan, the rooms were quite small.
