The room on the first floor had a stunning view of the mountains and rice paddies. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Indonesian cuisine, including Garut specialties. The beds were incredibly comfortable with fluffy pillows. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the main town with Sundanese restaurants within walking distance.

Enjoyed a fantastic cozy stay without stress and the staff members were very friendly, helpful, and kind. the hotel served me a complimentary fruit plate on arrival and the restaurant staff offered exclusive service that met my needs. the hotel facilities were well maintained, clean, and the mountain view rooms were beautiful. the breakfast spread was huge and tasty, and the hot water swimming pool was a key location fact that we enjoyed, adding to our holiday experience.

The event for Chinese New Year was noisy, echoing so loudly that it transmitted to our room. the leftover plates in the corridors attracted roaches and a cat, which was not pleasant.
