The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the location was perfect, being just steps away from the main shopping and dining area of the town. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast at a nearby sister property, which was a great convenience.

One downside was the lack of regular maid service, as we only received it on the third morning of our stay. It would have been better to have been informed about this beforehand so we knew what to expect.

The location of this inn is fantastic, just a few steps away from 1st Street and the main shopping area. It's also close to the marina and offers easy access to the strait. The rooms are great and I had a wonderful stay in two different rooms. The vouchers for a meal at 1st Street Cafe were a perfect addition, as the cafe itself is fantastic. The host/owners of the inn are friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable.

The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast at a sister property was very good. Property manager, Anne, was helpful and available. Benicia is a wonderful town with shops and restaurants.

The room was beautifully furnished with luxurious carpets, and the Jacuzzi tub was a great addition to our stay. We also appreciated the quiet location of the hotel, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. the comfortable bed ensured that we woke up well, rested each morning.

There were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the breakfast provided was very underwhelming, consisting of only a self, serve continental, style meal with cold items.

We stayed in their Casablanca room - well-maintained, air-conditioned with high ceilings. The TV already tuned to soft jazz as we entered. Great location, close to main shopping artery and marina. Vouchers for a meal at 1st Street Cafe were perfect. Hosts were fun, friendly, and full of information.

We stayed in the Casablanca room at The Inn At Benicia Bay for our Wedding Night after getting married at The Jefferson Street Mansion. The room was well-maintained, with high ceilings and air-conditioning. As we entered, soft jazz music was playing on the TV, creating a romantic atmosphere. Tracee, the staff member, went above and beyond to make our stay special, decorating our room with white roses, candles. The Jacuzzi tub added an extra touch of luxury. The location was convenient, close to downtown and the water, where we found a great Chinese restaurant. our stay was comfortable and memorable.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. the location was great, just a few steps away from a vibrant downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and making sure our needs were met.

The breakfast was not served at the hotel, but at a different location down the street, which was a bit inconvenient. the decor in the room felt a bit dated and forced, especially with the attempt to make it an Asian theme.

The hotel is situated right on the bay, in a residential neighborhood, making it a peaceful and scenic location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room every morning.
