The hotel is conveniently located near several malls, such as the new Grand Batam mall, BCS mall, and Nagoya Hill Shopping mall. It is also close to Nagoya airport, offering shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a well-designed layout. The bathrooms are impressive, featuring rain showers with strong and hot water. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff members. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh and cooked food, providing a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also offers facilities such as a swimming pool and a convenient store right outside.

One downside is the limited English spoken by the staff, but they are still willing to assist with a smile.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, right next to two big malls, which made shopping and dining very convenient for us. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and responsive to our needs. They spoke basic English and still managed to give us excellent service. The amenities were top-notch, with comfortable and soundproofed rooms, a lovely pool with a view, and a spa and wellness center where we enjoyed relaxing massages. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and there was also a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area for a more casual dining experience.

Highly recommended to all.

Convenient location near BCS Mall, friendly and courteous staff, consistent service. Fresh croissants for breakfast, nice pool for a dip, limited seating area. Small but sufficient gym. Close to mall and taxis readily available. Busy club/ktv attached to hotel.

The staff were nice and polite. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. the hotel offered complimentary bottles of water and free Wi-Fi. the location was great, near shopping malls and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet was very limited and the quality of food was bad. the swimming pool was small and there was no lifeguard on duty.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Central location with easy access to hawker food and shopping. Well-stocked, clean and comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Superior housekeeping efforts noticed, including clean mirrors and spotless tile gaps in the toilet. Adequate gym and pleasant pool on the fifth storey.

Our stay at I Hotel Baloi was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the added touch of having bolsters on the beds. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having massage parlours nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were met. we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend I Hotel Baloi to anyone visiting Batam.
