The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city on our city trip. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to our day, ensuring we had enough energy to enjoy our adventures.

One downside was the limited gym facilities. It would have been nice to have more variety and newer equipment available for guests to use.

I had an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Express in Xalapa. The management went above and beyond to ensure our group of 14 travelers had a flawless experience. They sent vans to pick us up when we got stuck outside of town, and the service was seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and quiet, with beautiful views. The hotel's location, just one block from the main square, was perfect. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was extremely difficult and there were no signs or bellboys to assist with luggage. the water-saving shower was not enjoyable.
