The location of the hotel is wonderful, with an incredible ocean view. , the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, making you feel quite comfortable during your stay. the staff is extremely helpful and kind, offering fast solutions and suggestions for local attractions.

The lack of control over the room temperature was quite frustrating, as the room was too hot during the day and there was no apparent solution for this other than calling the front desk, which didn't always change the temperature in the room. It made the room quite uncomfortable during the day, which was an unpleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is simply unparalleled, with the hotel situated right in front of the beautiful beach. We enjoyed whale-watching in our spare time and exploring nearby attractions. The room provided enhanced comfort, with ample space and a king-size bed. The powerful shower was refreshing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel offered great services such as room cleaning and a friendly and professional front desk staff.

The only downside we experienced was the noise from the nearby children's park, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.
