We had a great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn! the location was excellent, with convenient access to the metro and monorail stations. the surrounding area was full of restaurants and convenience stores, but still quiet and safe at night. the rooms, though small, were clean and well-optimized. the hotel amenities were impressive, with free hair straighteners and other useful items for hire. the staff went above and beyond, being polite, helpful, and fluent in English. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of Asian and European dishes, and the communal room was a useful space in the evenings.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

As a base for our 4-day stay, Sotetsu Fresa Inn was perfect. The location was excellent, close to multiple metro stations and in a quieter part of the city. We had a great night's sleep after exploring Tokyo. The nearby Zōjō-ji temple and Tokyo Tower were outstanding landmarks to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with a package before our arrival. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options. The room, while small, was comfortable and well-equipped. great value for money.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is average, nothing special.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its convenient location. Situated near Hamamatsucho railway station, which is on the Yamanote line, it offers easy access to all the popular tourist spots in Tokyo. Despite being somewhat tucked away in an alley on a side street, the hotel is located in a very quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The basic amenities are well maintained and clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms, although small by Western standards, are comfortable and feature a queen-size bed or a small bed with very comfortable pillows. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel includes a great omelet that caters to Western standard tastes.

The hotel I chose for my romantic escape was a great choice! the location was key for us, as it had easy access to the airport and the city. We didn't have to worry about transportation, as it was located near a monorail station and a metro station. the complementary breakfast was delicious and not crowded at all, giving us the chance to enjoy leisurely meals together. And the free coffee and tea in the dining room from 11 am onwards was a nice touch.

We had paid for early check-in, but the hotel was inflexible about it. I have to admit that the room we stayed in was the smallest of our trip.

Loved the Hospitality Lounge with free Wi-Fi, drinks, and PCs. Also, borrowed a memory-foam pillow! Nearby Daimon Station was great for exploring Asakusa and Shinjuku. Tea and bath salts were a nice touch at the front desk.

Wi-Fi PCs only in the lobby? I guess I'll just carry my laptop around everywhere then.
