We had an exceptional stay at a resort in Bali. The location was incredible, with breathtaking views of the ocean from our villa. We spent hours relaxing by the pool and enjoying the stunning beach. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The resort had a variety of facilities, such as a beach club and restaurant overlooking the ocean. However, one downside was the poor service level at times, which affected our overall experience.

Great beach with stunning views. The breakfast overlooking the blue sea was the highlight of our mornings. The villa was posh and clean, making us feel at home. The staff at the villa and the caddy or shuttle driver were very friendly and attentive.

Our recent city break was fantastic. The location was ideal, with beautiful views from the rooms and a great location close to the city center. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive, always willing to offer recommendations and assist with any requests. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast and the onsite spa, which offered high-quality treatments at a reasonable price.

While our stay was overall amazing, there were a few minor drawbacks. The WiFi was occasionally spotty and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, every detail is taken care of. The spa centre is simply outstanding, with a wide range of massages and treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant serves delicious food, with halal options available, and the breakfast is incredible.

The location is remote and there is not much to do outside of the hotel. The only negative aspect I experienced during my stay was that the picnic area was closed during my visit.
