As Jack, the resort manager, guides guests through the features, personalized service is at its peak. the rooms are well-appointed, offering a private plunge pool for relaxation. the staff's attention to detail enhances the stay, with special mentions going to Rocky, Nancy, Asa, Viica. the evening cocktails and meals add to the delight of the experience.

Lack of a jetty in the accommodation may pose accessibility challenges at low tide.

Tadrai Island Resort in Mana Island exceeded my expectations. While in need of maintenance, the staff shone with exceptional service. the spacious rooms, private beach outings, and warm hospitality made this the ultimate retreat. Minor construction distractions but would return in a heartbeat.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities of the hotel. the exclusive spa treatments we received were exceptional. We particularly loved the full body massages and foot massages. the sun loungers and the sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. We had easy access to the beach and the outdoor swimming pool was magnificent. the entertainment provided was very impressive.

the restaurant served only limited options for dinner.

During my business trip, I appreciated the range of activities available at the resort, including snorkeling and fishing. the location was stunning, with beautiful views and a private ambience.

On the negative side, the food and drink options were not up to my expectation considering the high price tag of the resort. Some of the meals were of poor quality and the limited drink options were not up to the mark.
