Delicious breakfast with many choices and fresh fruit. Large and clean rooms with welcoming honeymoon surprises. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Free use of bikes and airport shuttle. Beautiful pool and garden.

Outstanding service from staff who were always happy to help and exceeded our expectations. the food was delicious and diverse. Bikes were a great way to access the main attractions in the area and the peaceful resort was in a great location.

There weren't any major negatives during our city trip stay. One minor quibble was that the bed was a little too firm for our liking, which is common in Bali.

Truly idyllic! We loved zipping around on the excellently maintained bikes. The beautifully presented and tasty breakfast was a highlight. The lush, tropical gardens and free form pool with a rock waterfall created a little piece of paradise. The loft villa was perfect for our family of four. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect holiday. I highly recommend Klumpu Bali Resort, A Traditional Hideaway.

Unique pod style accommodation in well-kept resort with lovely pool. Good beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Bikes available for beachfront cycle. Friendly staff, daily gifts, and great massages. Beautiful greenery, delicious food, and free extras like movies, spa, and afternoon tea.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The beautiful grounds and spacious rooms with large comfy beds made us feel right at home. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, providing a turndown service with little chocolates every night. The breakfasts were lovely with generous portions, and the a la carte dinner was one of the best meals we had in Bali. The location was great, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area of Sanur. We would definitely love to return here and stay longer.

Located just off the main shopping area, Klumpu Bali Resort is extremely close to the main street of Sanur. The rooms are spacious and spotless, equipped with everything you need. The staff provides exceptional service, accommodating dietary requirements and serving complimentary tea snacks. Guests can enjoy a wide choice of delicious food options, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks. The pool area is quiet and surrounded by beautiful gardens.

The presence of mosquitoes, which resulted in some guests getting mosquito bites.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and comfortable room with a separate mezzanine for our teenage son was a great feature. The modern and luxurious bathroom with lovely shampoos and body lotions added to our overall experience. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. The hotel's location, a few streets away from the beach, was perfect for a tranquil respite from the busy Sanur Bay Area. We loved the complimentary bikes that allowed us to reach the beach in just 5 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the attentive staff made our stay even more pleasant.
