The suite room was spacious and clean. The package included delicious meals. The staff were meticulous and friendly. The gardens and infinity pool were beautiful. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient. The spa massage was top class. The breakfast and menu options were excellent.

The hotel is located right in the center of Ubud, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Many restaurants, galleries, and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of facilities like the pool and art gallery.

The bathroom in some suites could be improved, as it is not air-conditioned and allows mosquitoes to enter through the mesh wiring. Additionally, there were occasional issues with hot water availability, which required some waiting time for it to be restored.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of a popular area. The location was ideal, right on the main road with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a freestanding bath and separate toilet area. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff catering to my every need. The breakfast was delicious and the view from my room was breathtaking. the hotel provided excellent facilities and had a beautiful traditional Balinese style.

My only complaint was that there was some noise from other guests in the morning, which interrupted my sleep.

Surrounded by beautiful rice fields, the location offers a tranquil paradise. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, providing personalized service. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making guests feel like part of a happy family. The pool is refreshing and uncrowded, perfect for a peaceful swim. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, served promptly.

The staff made us feel like family! From remembering our names to leaving little surprises in the room, they truly made our stay special. We also loved the comfortable pool, which wasn't overcrowded and had a perfect temperature. Another great aspect was the breakfast menu, which offered a wide variety of dishes and was quick to be served!

The water maintenance caused some dirty water to come from the tap the next morning, and some of the power points didn't work. it was quite difficult to get a reservation for the spa.

I had a wonderful stay at a tranquil and lush green oasis in the heart of Ubud. The staff at Komaneka were exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the rice terrace. The complimentary items provided, such as local insect repellent and flip flops, were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the monkey forest and the center of Ubud with its restaurants, bars, and spas. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Ubud.

the exquisite Spa center fulfilled my desires with a full body massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were my favorite spots to enjoy beautiful tropical gardens and relax with poolside snacks and drinks at the bar and lounge area. On the downside, a slight limitation was the lack of music at the pool and common areas. Despite this minor point, my overall experience was luxurious and comfortable. This hotel location was exceptional, close to notable attractions, with private exclusive facilities such as rooms with balconies, and a restaurant with continental and in-room breakfast.
