The location was great, with easy access to cafes, malls, and a grocery store. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Kristal Hotel for my trip to Jakarta. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, especially Rini in the Deli. The refurbished 3-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, close to Pondok Indah Mall, PI Waterpark, and Golf. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Hero Supermarket and 7-Eleven.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, easily extended stay, well-equipped suite, nice toilets, complimentary drinks, free gym. Large, clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Resort-like swimming pool, excellent breakfast buffet, good food. Ambiance with greenery, big fitness center with sauna, near entertainment/shopping centers. Safe location, Hero supermarket, nice noodle place, donut, Starbucks nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The gym was great, with excellent classes throughout the day. The pool was also a highlight, and my kids loved it. The location was perfect for me, as it was not in the crowded area of the city and was easily accessible to the tower where the reception is located and the toll road. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch.
