The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the beach and other attractions. the rooftop pool was a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

The rooms felt a bit dated compared to the modern bathroom. The lack of a bar or staff at the second-floor pool was inconvenient, as we had to go back to our room or to the shop downstairs to get a drink.

I arrived late, close to airport, smooth arrival process. Comfortable room with a living room. Excellent breakfast, salmon eggs Benedict. Amazing pool right outside the suite. Helpful staff, especially the manager. Great value Japanese restaurant.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel in Jimbaran for a few nights. The staff at Kupu Kupu were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the fabulous spa, which offered a range of luxurious treatments. The attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere made my day.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! the exclusive amenities provided exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was divine, and the massage treatments were heavenly. We also enjoyed unwinding by the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and efficiently.

While the service was top-notch, we did experience a minor issue with the Jacuzzi.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient for hopping on a buggy and going to the nearby beach club. the room was also quite spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

The noise from the main road made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. some of the facilities were outdated and in need of repair.
