Beautiful Balinese decor, relaxing atmosphere, clean and well-maintained, friendly and accommodating staff, great location

All was perfect.

The bed was extra comfy, making it difficult for us to wake up early in the morning for breakfast. The location was great, right in the center with convenient access to nearby market, Kuta Square, and Discovery Kartika Plaza. The hotel also had two large pools with a swim-up bar, and there were fun activities like ping pong and pool tables near the pool. The staff were excellent and the wifi connection was very reliable.

Felt completely secure, no complaints at all.

We had a great stay at Sol By Melia. The bathroom in our room was absolutely fantastic, with modern fixtures and a spacious layout. It made getting ready in the morning a breeze. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

We appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and breakfast options. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local markets and nearby cafes. We also enjoyed the peaceful pool scene and the availability of outdoor activities.

Our romantic escape was unfortunately negatively impacted by the noise and renovations taking place at the hotel. We were disappointed that there was no notification of the renovations before our stay and that the front of the hotel and restaurant were missing.

It is also just a short distance from the airport, which is great for those who want to minimize travel time. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by various shops, allowing guests to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

Some guests have mentioned issues with customer service, specifically regarding room assignments. It seems that some guests paid for upgraded rooms but were placed in the new section of the hotel, which had lower-quality furnishings.

The newer complex provided fresh and modern rooms. Comfortable room with a desk and separate lounge. Excellent aircon and wifi. Great location within walking distance to everything in Kuta.

The hotel property at Sol By Melia was a beautiful oasis in the midst of bustling Kuta. The Balinese style décor and stunning gardens created a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The pools, both for adults and kids, were spacious and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within close proximity - restaurants, markets, and the beach. The staff, with the exception of one person, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I also appreciated the prompt responses and helpfulness of Eka in answering my pre-trip questions. I had a very pleasant stay at Sol By Melia and would recommend it.
