They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including helping us with our luggage and offering breakfast treats for our early departure. the location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was centrally located and within walking distance of all the important sites. Another advantage was the 24-hour bar for guests, which was a fantastic amenity.

our room had two single beds pushed together, creating a gap in the middle. It would have been more comfortable to have a proper double bed.
