The property was very well maintained and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. the unique and interesting mix of Balinese and bohemian styles made for a great atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing an excellent level of service. the location was convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city - perfect for my business trip. It was also great that breakfast was included.

The floors in the bathroom area could be quite slippery when wet. I would recommend that the hotel adds some grip mats to avoid any accidents.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. The Spa centre was fantastic, and the full body massage was amazing. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and the sun loungers were comfortable. The infinity pool and sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding beachfront and garden area. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the in-room breakfast was divine. The private facilities were exceptional, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for a romantic dinner.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slippery bathroom floor. Still, the hotel made up for it with its effort to provide a safe and relaxing environment.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from everything and takes about 3 hours to reach from the airport. Despite the distance, the hotel is well-maintained and decorated with beautiful Balinese and bohemian touches. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, with attention to detail in every aspect. The bathroom floors can be slippery when wet, but overall, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of facilities to enjoy during the stay.

It would be better if there were grip mats placed in the bathroom areas to prevent accidents due to slippery floors.
