One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was its exceptional location right on the waterfront. As a scuba diver, I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The hotel also offers direct access to the ocean, making it convenient for snorkeling and diving. The breathtaking view from the restaurant added to the overall charm of the place.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and were always ready to help with anything we needed. the diving facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, close to the Liberty wreck and drop-off. the views from the resort were stunning, right on the beach. the dive team was professional and fun, making sure we had a great experience. They even asked us what we hoped to see underwater and made it happen. a great value for money and a perfect place for diving.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The location of the hotel, directly on the waterfront, is absolutely stunning. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean right from your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.

no boat for easy access to different dive sites

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort. We loved being able to dine right on the waters edge and snorkel right off the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The spa was a delightful bonus, with skilled therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. The dive crew took great care of us, ensuring our safety and making each dive enjoyable. The location allowed for easy access to the dive sites and the stunning underwater world. We also appreciated the delicious food selection and the great value for money.

The sheets in our room were a bit rough and small, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

The view from the restaurant at Matahari Tulamben Resort was breathtaking. I loved enjoying my breakfast with a refreshing glass of Dragon fruit juice one day and Mango juice the next. The beautiful garden provided the perfect spots to relax, meditate, and even practice some yoga. The resort truly embraced tranquility and serenity.

The location is terrific, right on the ocean with direct access for diving. The room was comfortable and the staff provided great service. The breakfast selection was good, and I enjoyed the view from the restaurant.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, especially the state of the mosquito nets.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the on-site dive center was great, and the location right on the beach was perfect for shore dives. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and the on-site spa was a nice bonus. The owner, Suci, went above and beyond to arrange a PADI instructor for my wife's open water certification. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, right on the beach near the diving site. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the sea every morning. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool and leafy garden rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. the best aspects were the location right on the seafront and the excellent service from the staff.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The location directly on the beach and with direct sea access for snorkeling and diving is unbeatable. The rooms, with their extra furniture and private terrace, were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free. We also loved the attention to detail, from the beautifully kept gardens to the water features throughout the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

We had an amazing time at a resort right on the beachfront in Tulamben. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the USAT Liberty ship wreck. The room was outstanding, with comfortable furnishings, good AC, and a very clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and English-speaking, and the breakfast was delicious. The resort had great facilities, including a spa and a restaurant with a beautiful view of the shoreline. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The wifi was quite terrible, which was a bit of a downside.
