We had a great experience staying at this motel. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nice eateries and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the heat pump and lights being on when we arrived back at the unit. The unlimited and fast wifi was a bonus. we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

We did experience a slight issue with hot water running out quickly during our showers.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location along Riccarton Road was perfect, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and attractions within a short stroll. The two-bedroom unit I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The room was bathed in natural light and remarkably quiet, despite the road works happening outside. The bathroom was large and stocked with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and the whole place was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and convenient stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great facilities: TV in every room and lounge, fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient location: close to eateries, shops, and Hagley Park. Beautifully presented room with nice amenities. Extremely helpful staff who quickly resolved any issues. Well-equipped apartments with some having stovetops.

Our xmas stay was very pleasant. The room was nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the well-stocked mini-kitchen in our room, which allowed us to prepare a simple xmas meal. The location was great, very close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from a beautiful park.

There were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. The bedding was a bit dated and could use an update.
