We had a wonderful stay at a retreat in Bali. The staff was incredibly helpful and the accommodations were lovely, with a beautiful pool and a spa offering excellent services. The morning breakfast options were delicious and the restaurant was open all day. The location was away from the busy center and had a peaceful river nearby.

The shuttle service was not reliable and we ended up taking taxis instead.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had excellent amenities, including a sparkling clean pool and a restaurant with a great view. the breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a lush setting, which offered a relaxing ambiance.

The shuttle service was a disappointment, as it did not run frequently. We had to rely on taxis, which was a bit expensive.
