We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The rooms were not only nice but also exceptionally clean and well maintained. We felt like we were in a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool which was great for taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff, particularly Kadek at reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was a success. Their helpfulness and attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests.

Although the pool was great, it could have been tidier as there were too many leaves and flowers floating in the water. However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this place.

The pool is stunning and a beautiful backdrop to the restaurant. We loved the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. the location is great for those looking to explore the beauty of Bali and the tours offered are reasonably priced. We had a lovely time during our Christmas week stay.

There is no WiFi in the rooms and the restaurant is way overpriced. the rooms need more maintenance.
