The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main sights in the city. The hotel itself was a beautiful building, and my room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bathroom was well-equipped and modern. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Palazzo Dal Borgo.

It was situated on a quiet street, yet within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff, especially Juri, were incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with our itinerary and even helping us change our arrival date. The breakfast was delicious and the outdoor breakfast area under the orange tree was simply beautiful. The hotel also offered excellent facilities in a historic building, adding to the charm of our stay.

One particular gesture that stood out was when we had an early morning tour and would miss breakfast, they prepared take-away boxes of breakfast items and had them delivered to our room the night before. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel well taken care of. The breakfast itself was served in a lovely open garden, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. Despite encountering some minor drawbacks, like a small bathroom and a broken shower, the overall experience at this hotel was very good. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. the room was quite cold, as the heating wasn't on and the bathroom heating didn't work either.
