We had a great experience staying at this hotel for over a month! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and quickly remembered our names. The location is very convenient, close to intercity train stations and in the center of the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the window. The breakfast had a good variety and the room service food was delicious. We also enjoyed the snacks provided during turn-down service and the extra water given by the staff.

The only trouble we had during our stay was that the wifi in our room was not working. We did complain, but unfortunately, the problem was not fixed.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean facilities and the friendly staff. the rooftop bar and pool provided a relaxing space to unwind. the hotel was conveniently located near key tourist attractions and public transportation.

The check-in process was a bit slow and the room had a bad smell when I first arrived. the restaurant was located at the entrance of the hotel which made it feel very busy and chaotic.
