We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, being near the biggest mall in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly polite and tried their best to communicate in English. The hotel taxi driver was reliable and polite. The restaurant offered adequate food options, although it would be nice to see more local dishes on the menu. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient to explore different places around. the staff is very courteous and friendly, which makes the stay comfortable. they offer free Wi-Fi, which is great for staying connected with loved ones.

The room could use an update as it appears quite old-fashioned. the parking area was not very well-planned, which caused some inconvenience.

We stayed at a hotel very close to the Pontianak airport, which was very convenient for our early morning flight. the hotel was located near the biggest mall in town, making it easy to find places to eat and shop.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. One of the bathrooms had mold, and overall, the hotel could use an upgrade in terms of cleanliness.
