The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and great restaurants. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast and happy hour snacks. the rooftop pool was definitely the best aspect of the hotel, offering stunning views of the city skyline.

The room was not very clean and I had to call several times for housekeeping to come and tidy up. the air conditioning also didn't work very well, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with incredible views. The Bulgari Suite on the top floor was a perfect choice. The food, especially the "Nasi Goreng Sultan" and "Tempe Mendoan," was absolutely delicious. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, a large and clean pool with a city view, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, including waffles, eggs, fruits, pastries.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.
