Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location, variety of amenities nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel during my Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and great restaurants. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast and happy hour snacks. The rooftop pool was definitely the best aspect of the hotel, offering stunning views of the city skyline.

There were some downsides to my stay. The room was not very clean and I had to call several times for housekeeping to come and tidy up.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with incredible views. The Bulgari Suite on the top floor was a perfect choice. The food, especially the "Nasi Goreng Sultan" and "Tempe Mendoan," was absolutely delicious. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, a large and clean pool with a city view, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, including waffles, eggs, fruits, pastries.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

The pools are amazing, with a big one and a fair-sized one, along with a sauna. Friendly and professional staff. Choice of breakfast is great. Security measures are appreciated. The big, corner room was comfortable with a cool shower and good pressure. The two pools were enjoyable. Lots of variety for breakfast. Kind staff and early check-in offered.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel is located in the center of west Jakarta, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. It is situated next to a busy road, providing easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, similar to what you would find in most Indonesian restaurants. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with amenities such as a bathtub for relaxation.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the outside pool and gym facilities, indicating that they could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

A great price for a hotel of this caliber. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean and the gym was free. I would recommend this hotel.

Luxurious amenities, exclusive Spa & wellness center, and delicious cuisine.

The only minor issue was the lack of outdoor facilities. Although there was a fabulous indoor swimming pool and sauna, I would have preferred an outdoor swimming pool or a Jacuzzi to complement my stay.
