During my recent stay at Crown Regency Serviced Suites, I was pleased with the overall experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with landmark areas such as KLCC, Pavillion, and Farenheit just a short walk away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Petronas Towers. Additionally, there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for added convenience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from music or traffic at night and beds being a bit short for taller individuals, these did not detract too much from my overall experience. The value for money at Crown Regency Serviced Suites was excellent, especially if you require multiple hotel rooms for a larger group.

The location of the hotel is ideal for shoppers, as it is not far from the KL shopping mall and the famous food court at Lot 10 in Bt Bintang. The rooms are spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes. The staff is helpful and even wash dishes and clean the room daily. The hotel also offers a bathtub in the bathrooms for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the city.

The underground parking at the hotel is narrow, making it difficult for larger vehicles to maneuver.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was a blast! The free champagne at midnight and the fireworks show were great. The location was perfect being in the heart of the city, we were able to get around easily. , the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The staff wasn't very helpful. When we asked for directions, they had us going in circles.

Great location, close to KLCC and plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and excellent service. Good range of TV channels, including sports. Nice pool and gym facilities. Enjoyed the views from the fourth level room.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of the city and within walking distance from the famous Petronas towers. The hotel staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and come with complimentary wireless internet access. Plus, they have a kitchenette which is very convenient for longer stays. Some rooms even offer a view of the twin towers.

All in all, this hotel offers a great experience.

Spacious apartment, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, convenient location, friendly staff.

Nothing to dislike.
