The hotel had a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and had a nice city view. Plus, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept really well.

The check-in process was a complete disaster. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM and my room wasn't ready.

Convenient location with KFC in front and ZEN Massage on the left. Thoughtfully designed rooms with calming interior and delightful carpet alley. Pleasant lighting creates warm mood. Functional bathroom with no clogging and well-functioning AC. Comfy bed and pillows ensure a good night's sleep. Excellent staff service and helpful tips. Great laundry results. Heartwarming towel origami.

I had such a relaxing stay at Midtown Hotel! The room design was calming, and I loved the beautiful pictures in the carpet alley. The lighting created a warm and pleasant mood. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the concierge to the housekeepers, and even the front door staff offered useful tips. The laundry service was excellent, and the room service food was delicious. I was also touched by the towel origami left by the housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
