I had a fantastic stay at Neano Escape in Manggis. The brand new resort was stunning, with spacious rooms and beautiful lighting in the ceilings. I especially loved the giant floating pool and private jacuzzi, which made for a luxurious and relaxing experience. The view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, always trying to assist in any way they could. The hotel layout was designed to make the most of the stunning location, and floating in the pool while admiring the scenery was simply amazing. The hotel team also organized day trips and took care of all the details, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel's serene location provides a perfect escape from the busy central Bali. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with fantastic views. the staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the hotel's menu offers a range of delicious Western cuisine, making it ideal for those who want a break from Asian cuisine.

When the hotel is full, it can be difficult to escape noisy guests. the internet connection is slow, and the built-in Netflix on the TV does not work properly.

This luxurious hotel had an amazing view and friendly staff. The modern and clean facilities included a fully equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. The restaurant served delicious food, and the daily water supply was very refreshing. The hotel helped with transportation and scooter rentals, adding to the convenience of the location. this hotel provided exclusive amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the secluded location was peaceful, it caused some inconvenience as we either needed to hire a driver or walk through the jungle to reach other places. The food variety could have been better, as some dishes did not match the quality of the hotel.

I had the most incredible stay at a hidden gem in Bali. Surrounded by nature, the breathtaking views of the sea and forest were absolutely mesmerizing. The hotel had a fully equipped outdoor gym, which was perfect for my fitness routine. And the restaurant served mouthwatering Indonesian and international cuisine with a backdrop of incredible views. The infinity pool was a dream come true for any photographer. The spacious parking lot was a definite plus. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a minimalist touch, and the large bed with soft sheets ensured a comfortable and relaxing sleep. The staff, from the cleaning team to the manager, were exceptional, always wearing smiles on their faces and going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Special mention to the manager, Kuskus, who was incredibly kind and helpful, providing valuable tips and arranging airport transfers. I can't wait to return to this dreamy retreat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the breakfast was decent, I found it to be just okay compared to other hotels in the area. The lack of local food options was a bit disappointing, and the smoothie bowl, meant for Instagram, came out half frozen.

The friendly staff are attentive and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel organizes convenient transportation to nearby attractions and the two best beaches in Bali.
