The beach was lovely and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions we had. the garden was well maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Plus, the location near the airport and shopping centers made it very convenient for our travels.

While the cocktails were hit or miss, the overall alcohol selection was somewhat limited. the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and didn't meet our expectations.

Great value for money, with beautiful facilities and excellent service from the welcoming staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location with a shuttle to the nearby beach, and within walking distance to popular warungs and a shopping center.

More breakfast choices would have made it even better.

The facilities at Novotel were top-notch. The swimming pool was spacious and perfect for my kids to have a great time. The beach club was also a nice spot to relax by the beach. The location in the Nusa Dua complex was ideal, with easy access to attractions. The staffs were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the expensive restaurant prices and limited vegetarian options, these did not significantly impact our overall experience at Novotel. Considering the fantastic facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location, I would highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Novotel in Nusa Dua. The facilities were beautiful, and we were especially impressed with the 3-bedroom villa with a plunge pool. The staff were well-trained and very kind, providing excellent room service. We enjoyed the excellent pool, gym, and wellness facilities. The hotel's kid-friendly atmosphere was perfect for our children, and they loved the activities offered at the kids club. The restaurant served delicious food, and we were pleased with the variety of options for both dinner and breakfast. we had a wonderful experience at Novotel.
