the location was nice, but i was horrified to find a big cockroach at my door and no apology! the gym equipment is outdated and not well maintained, considering the price i paid for a single night. i expected a complimentary room upgrade for all my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

luggage management before our rental car pick-up. The location is solid for public transportation. you can access the metro easily. However, the breakfast selection could get hectic, and we struggled to finish when we woke up late.

Gotta say, the view from the room was fantastic , waking up every morning felt like I was on top of the world. One time I needed some extra towels , and the staff didn’t hesitate to help right away with a smile on their faces.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but for what I got, still felt worth it.

The electrical outlets are too far from the bed, making it frustrating to charge devices!!! The bathroom vanity is uncomfortably low, often leading to wet floors and slipping hazards!!! The air conditioning unit is outdated and inconsistent!!!

yo, this hotel is lit! it’s right at taipei main station, super easy to get around and there’s so much food nearby. the staff were so nice and got me extra pillows real quick. rooms r clean and spacious, i actually liked the modern vibe! plus, there’s a mall right beneath it for all ur shopping needs.

but the air con was kinda whack, kept blasting even when i changed the settings. oh, and i had a little smell in one of the rooms, not cool.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was super convenient, just a short walk from both Ximending Shopping District and Ningxia Night Market. The staff was helpful, and we enjoyed a spacious room. Perfect location to explore and enjoy local food around. Definitely a good pick for group trips!

Conveniently located near Taipei Main Station with excellent access to transportation options and plenty of nearby places to eat. While the room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning struggled to keep up and could use an upgrade. Staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a comfortable stay.
