The hotel staff surprised my wife on her birthday, making our stay special and memorable. The breakfast offered a variety of options including Western and traditional Indonesian cuisine. The location was convenient, with the Galeria mall nearby and plenty of good food and drink options in the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic stay at Kimaya Sudirman! The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and a great coffee shop. The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was perfect. I really appreciated the quick response to the clogged sink in my room - they fixed it right away. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. One highlight was the breakfast at the Kedaton restaurant. The hospitality of the staff there, especially Ayu, made my mornings even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such pleasant and helpful staff in a hotel. The hotel also had a swimming pool that was never crowded, even during a public holiday weekend. I had it all to myself when I went for a dip. I had a great experience at Kimaya Sudirman Yogyakarta By Harris and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located and is right next to a shopping mall. The service here is exceptional with the staff providing a warm welcome and excellent services. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning and mini-bar. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor pool and a spa center, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The swimming pool area could use some improvement, as it lacks sufficient sun lounges and shade umbrellas.

Good breakfast and clean room. The breakfast was tasty, and there were a few options to choose from. the room was immaculate. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to many places.

Poor service and slow response time. Multiple requests went unanswered or took an hour or more to complete.
