This retreat exceeded all expectations! The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the market and near amazing restaurants. The two pools, especially the serene and clean one at the back, were mind-blowing. Even the basic room had a beautiful and clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly and the massages were top-notch. I would definitely stay again!

The beds at this hotel were the best we've ever slept on in Indonesia. They were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk to the main streets of Ubud, where there were endless restaurant options and markets to explore. The staff were also friendly and attentive, bringing breakfast to our deck every morning at the time we requested.

The staff's English was not very good, making it difficult to communicate effectively. The reception area was also not up to par, as it was quite terrible.

I had an amazing Easter getaway at this hidden oasis in the heart of Ubud's bustling market lane. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The infinity pool was a dream, and I loved having it all to myself. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast delivered to my door was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and had high ceilings, making it feel spacious and airy.

One drawback was that the hotel spa was hard to find online and not always open when I wanted to book a treatment. It would be great if they offered alternative ways to book, like through the room or reception.
