Stayed for my daughter's 7th Birthday, staff provided balloons and a birthday dessert. Comfy bed, plenty of parking. Welcoming staff, easy check-in, left luggage room. Comprehensive bar, reasonable prices. Quiet area, great for families near Peppa Pig World. Good dinner menu, tasty food delivered quickly. Great breakfast choices. Ideal location for Southampton docks.

We had a fantastic romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and attentive, giving us a warm welcome. the room was clean and cozy, with fresh towels and comfortable bed linen. We also loved the complementary cookies and coloring set for a special touch. the hotel's location was perfect, close to attractions like Peppa Pig's World and the zoo. the hotel had great facilities for families, including a pool and a playroom that allowed us to relax while keeping an eye on our kids.

there was a lack of attention to cleanliness, as our room was not properly cleaned. We experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members, which soured our experience.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Eastleigh for a weekend getaway during the school half-term holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, even during the busy gymnastics competition nearby. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of hot options and variety even later in the morning. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in years, and the room was impeccably clean. I also loved the fact that they had adapted two singles into one huge double bed. Plus, having a swimming pool onsite was a great bonus.

The hotel even provided a travel cot within 15 minutes of our request. we were extremely happy with our stay.
