The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms, a beautiful balcony, and well-kept property. The location was great, close to shops and easy to get around, while also providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were amazing, always smiling and going out of their way to help.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options.

The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of. The rooms are clean and well appointed, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Plus, the location is perfect - set on the edge of the forest, it offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. You can easily walk to the Monkey Forest and there are also several bars with live music in the vicinity. If you don't feel like going too far, there are plenty of food choices right on the street.

I had the most relaxing stay at a hidden gem in Ubud. The villa was perched on the hillside overlooking the river, providing the most breathtaking views. Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a true delight. The pools were absolutely stunning, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere for ultimate relaxation. The staff at Pertiwi Bisma 1 were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even accompanying me to the hospital and providing constant support when I broke my wrist. The commitment they showed to their guests was truly remarkable. The restaurant served fantastic food, making it worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beautifully set on the edge of the forest, giving it a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It's tucked away in a little alleyway, surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a secluded oasis. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and being surrounded by the jungle, it was very cool. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and I especially appreciated having a balcony to relax on and take in the picturesque surroundings.

The breakfast options provided at this hotel could be improved, with only three different selections available and not too much variety.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of fruits, vegetables, and muesli. They also offered complimentary omelets with sausage or bacon. the location was great, with many cafes, spas, and shops around. the view was breathtaking, overlooking the lush jungles and a small waterfall visible from the second pool.

The steps down to the villas were quite steep, and the road to the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate at night due to the lack of lighting. the air conditioning in the villa was ineffective during the day, and we had some dirty towels on a few occasions.

Pertiwi Bisma 1 was the perfect choice for our getaway. the location was excellent and we were able to easily explore nearby attractions like Monkey Forest and Bridges, which were less than a 15-minute walk away. One of the highlights of our stay was the two amazing Balinese pools. the hotel had a beautiful pool area surrounded by nature, with the soothing sounds of birds adding to the serene atmosphere. the friendly staff and excellent value for money made our experience even more enjoyable. the breakfast was really good, especially the Indo menu with chicken porridge and banana crepes. I highly recommend Pertiwi Bisma 1 for a relaxing and natural retreat in Ubud.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping area and a variety of restaurants. It is also conveniently located on the main footpath, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel staff are helpful in arranging transportation to the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with reports of moldy smells and dirty towels.
