the spa facilities were excellent and added a nice touch to our stay. check-in took too long, waited 15 minutes.

Incredible breakfast buffet with options for every palate! ! Immaculate rooms with modern amenities and exceptional staff service make for a truly luxurious stay.

Service at reception can be frustratingly slow, especially during peak times. Waiting for check-in felt tedious and could dampen the initial experience.

For quicker taxi access to the airport, walk to the nearby Pavilion Hotel instead of using the hotel lobby taxi service to avoid traffic.

The staff were helpful and made check-in easy. I enjoyed the vibrant shopping options nearby. The dining experiences were decent overall, though not all food met my expectations. One night, I faced a long wait for room service, but the friendly staff made up for it. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. My experience was memorable, but it did not reach the standards I expected.

The team at JW Marriott truly went above and beyond! Special thanks to Rahman from housekeeping, who made us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was incredible, offering plenty of choices to start the day off right.

While our stay was mostly wonderful, we did encounter some elevator delays during peak hours that tested our patience. A couple of minor maintenance issues in our suite were also a slight inconvenience, but the staff were prompt in addressing them.

Had a nice time, you know. The staff, especially Mr Tasin & Adiana, were really helpful, going out of their way to help my friend find another spot when we got fully booked! The warmth from the little welcome gift in my room was unexpected, made me feel kinda special, and the gym had just enough equipment to get my workout done and still got to enjoy some quiet time. ,

Spacious rooms with ultra-comfortable beds made each night a pleasure. Located directly across from Pavilion, access to dining and shopping was a breeze. The breakfast options included classic American dishes, which were delightful. During busy periods, staff consistently delivered excellent service, making sure guests felt acknowledged. However, elevator wait times were not ideal at peak hours, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious with a huge city view, and the automated curtains were a delightful touch. Breakfast was below expectations though, cold and lacking variety.

Staying here was a real treat! ! The welcoming drink was a nice touch, and the staff, especially Radhika (what a gem! ), were always friendly and smiling. The breakfast spread was delightful with a variety of options, albeit a bit crowded during peak times.

One area for improvement would be the elevator wait times, especially during busy moments. Also, having more variety in the cocktail menu at the bar could enhance the evening experience.

Wait times for lifts can be incredibly frustrating at peak hours!!! Maintenance issues like broken locks and malfunctioning refrigerators should be addressed more promptly!!! Room service responsiveness needs improvement as items take too long to arrive!!!

I appreciated the prompt service from the team during my stay. They upgraded my room, which made the experience better. I enjoyed the nearby shopping options. The convenient access to various restaurants was also a plus. The facilities offered a nice touch to my overall visit, such as the fitness center that I used regularly. Having a comfortable space to unwind was nice after being out all day exploring the city.

The room was huge with a comfy bathtub and good views of the Pavilion, perfect for watching fireworks. My kids loved it!

Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.
