The hotel is located near a shopping hub, making it convenient for shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Enak, offers superb food and the staff there are also friendly.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently located just opposite a popular shopping mall, making it easy for me to indulge in some retail therapy after a long day of work. the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the bed was especially plush and provided me with a great night's sleep. Additionally, the room had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch and allowed me to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without having to leave the room.

The breakfast spread was not up to par and the dining experience was quite chaotic due to the ongoing renovation. Guests were crowded into a meeting room on the 3rd floor and there was a long queue to wait for a table.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and I loved the upgrade to a higher floor for a quieter stay. The location was perfect, close to my favorite shopping center. The staff treated us like kings on our honeymoon, even preparing a special welcome for us. Plus, the big TV with lots of channels like HBO and FOX HD was a bonus!
