The hotel had clean rooms and the lobby appeared newly remodeled. Also, the location was convenient as it was close to the interstate and had a couple of restaurants nearby.

The overnight manager had poor customer service skills. He didn't know how to check in a guest and even wrote down my credit card information on a notepad.

The area surrounding the hotel is filled with a variety of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is a great bonus with a good selection of hot and cold foods.

Lobby music can be heard faintly in some rooms, which can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the pleasant and helpful staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The facility was clean and attractive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to good restaurants and in a quiet area. The staff, especially John R at the front desk, were friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice, with two TVs and a separate area to sit and watch TV. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options including cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, bacon.

Hotel offers free breakfast and parking which was a good thing since we were on a budget. The location is great, just a block from a bus stop that takes you to the center of the city. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Walmart nearby.

The room was not very clean, there was old food under the bed, the sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the other rooms.
