The included breakfast was always fresh and delicious, providing a great start to our day. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.

The limited views, especially during the festive season, took away from the overall experience. the room service was quite slow, which was frustrating when we wanted to order food to our room.

I had the most amazing experience staying at a boutique resort nestled in the lush jungle surroundings of Bali. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the bustling center of town but still offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The room was immaculately clean and the design was smart and stylish. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and being incredibly helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served right to my room each morning.

The only minor downside was that the resort was a bit further from the center of town than I would have liked, but they had a convenient shuttle service that ran regularly and even adjusted the schedule to accommodate our needs.
