We had a great stay at this hotel as budget travelers. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety of local products. The bar had decent food and good cocktails. The pool was small but always empty, and the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the marina and Pico island. Great value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main harbor and right in the center of everything. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure my needs were met. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor seating area where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploration.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was very near the marina but still in a quiet spot, and within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful view. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was pleased with my recent stay at Azoris Faial Garden - Resort. The large, bright rooms were spotless and had large bathrooms. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to nearby sites and restaurants in Horta. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh and delicious options. The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor, sea, and Pico mountain was simply breathtaking. Despite a few minor issues, such as air conditioning acting up and outdated facilities, I still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and amenities. I had a great experience at Azoris Faial Garden - Resort and would gladly return.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the view from the pool area was stunning. the location was also perfect, just a short walk from the harbor and other interesting spots. We appreciated the complementary parking and the fact that we could enjoy the facilities even after checking out.

That the gym lacked proper ventilation, making workouts uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity. while the pool barman was great, the restaurant service could have been better.

Lovely view from the room and balcony, especially at sunset. The facilities were great, including a warm outdoor pool with amazing views and a good indoor pool and steam rooms. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of the ferry port and close to bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach for watching the sunset.

The staff could have been friendlier, especially at reception. the cancellation policy was not very accommodating, despite our circumstances.
