I recently stayed at the Bintang Bali Resort for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful gardens, koi ponds, and a large pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, although not as luxurious as some higher-rated hotels, were well-maintained and had great amenities like efficient air conditioning and a reliable fridge. The wifi was acceptable, although a bit slow for work purposes. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beachfront location of the hotel, which offered breathtaking views of the ocean. the proximity to the airport was also a major plus, as it saved us valuable time in commuting. the breakfast spread was extensive and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

There were a couple of things that I found disappointing. the shower in the room didn't work properly and the water temperature was lukewarm at best.

Those looking for a cheap yet comfortable experience can't go wrong with this coastal retreat.

loved our stay at this resort! it was even better than our previous stay in kuta. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our 10 days here unforgettable. highly recommend!

outdated rooms, need renovation

The resort is conveniently located very near to the airport, making it a hassle-free journey upon arrival. The rooms offer a nice view until you reach the ocean level, allowing guests to appreciate the beauty of the beach. The resort is also situated at the beachfront and near the center of Kuta, providing easy access to attractions and amenities. This makes it a suitable choice for families with small children, who can enjoy the beach and explore the surrounding area.

It seems that the hair dryers in the rooms did not work properly, which could be an inconvenience for guests who rely on them.

We had a fantastic time! The location was perfect, close to the airport, shopping, spas, and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice - porridge and egg bar, hot choices, breads and pastries, fruit, and noodles. The swim-up pool bar was the best part of our stay, where we spent hours swimming, eating from the Wharf, and drinking cocktails. The rooms were lovely and the grounds were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our baby. We had a great stay overall and would have no hesitation staying there again.

We had a blast during Christmas at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the complementary breakfast was wow-inducing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect for us as we could walk to many amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping centers. One more great thing was the brilliant sea view from our room's balcony that we enjoyed every morning.

We were sad to see that the beach was covered in litter. It's a reminder of how important it is to recycle and take care of our planet.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the amazing staff who made us feel right at home. the luxurious amenities, such as the full-service spa and outdoor swimming pool with stunning views, exceeded our expectations. the private facilities offered us the exclusive relaxation we needed, with an outdoor garden area that was a true oasis.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant's limited selection of food, as we would have appreciated more variety. the delicious and fresh buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar made up for it.
