I had the best hotel experience ever at this gorgeous oasis in Uluwatu. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning design, comfortable rooms, and pristine pools. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was pure pleasure. The restaurant served delicious food, the spa was heavenly, and the gym was well-equipped. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

Nothing it is perfect

Had an incredible stay at a new hotel in Bali. the staff were friendly upon arrival and offered an upgrade and breakfast benefits. the room was fantastic with excellent amenities and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast buffet was luxurious and offered high-quality food. the lobby provided a breathtaking view of the mountain and city.

The hotel was a little isolated, but taxis were readily available when needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand new hotel. From the stunning views from the lobby and pool, to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect. The bar and restaurants offered great food and the value for money was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the free shuttle to Roosterfish and our experience there. The hotel also offered us a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was spacious, with a king size bed, kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. Despite the hotel's size, the atmosphere was calm and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of continental and eastern options, and the infinity pools overlooking the ocean were fantastic. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

GOOD This hotel is luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the service was impeccable and the spa was amazing with a sauna, steam room and spa lounge. the infinity pool overlooking the sun terrace and garden area was breathtaking. the treatments were top-notch, I indulged in a full body massage and beauty treatments. the restaurant offered delicious special diet menus and the poolside bar had refreshing cocktails. the private facility was a unique advantage and the location was perfect, minutes from the coolest bar with a view.

the outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold for my liking.

Value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location provided breathtaking views and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

We had a great time at the hotel, thanks to the helpful staff like Nadya and Wiwin. The location, however, was not ideal as it was far from the ocean and Pandawa Beach. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-designed, and the service was attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were many facilities to enjoy, such as the gym and infinity pool with stunning sunset views.

The seating at the pool bar in the evening was limited, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the view and sunsets.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with outstanding rooms, a huge infinity pool, and breathtaking views. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Renaissance provided a perfect place for us to stay.
