I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being so close to the mall and the industrial area. Plus, it was really convenient to have direct access to the mall via the sky bridge. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greeted me with a smile and were so helpful throughout my stay. The service was top-notch and I felt well taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had great facilities like a sauna, swimming pool, and a beautiful sun terrace. I was highly impressed with the service and staff here.

Despite this small hiccup, I would still highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great views and location, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the pool was okay, but nothing special. the room was adequately clean.

Our room was tiny and uncomfortable, with dirty carpets and a strange smell. We didn't get any sleep due to street noise and loud guests in other rooms.

The new hotel in Karawang has a great location near the toll exit and industrial area. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed, with a lovely bathtub. Good WiFi. Direct access to a mall via sky bridge. Excellent Japanese restaurant. Warm and welcoming staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.
