As business guests, we truly appreciated the exceptional service from the database staff. They were kind, receptive, and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. We were even lucky enough to enjoy a complimentary shuttle service to the Inter-Islander Ferry. The cleanliness of the grounds and rooms was outstanding, and the working condition of the stove was immaculate. We found the Freeview channels and provided Wi-Fi entertaining and useful. The abundance of lighting in our room allowed us to read and write at any hour, and the presence of fruit trees on the property added a lovely touch. Additionally, the provision of activity towels and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar was a bonus. The managers, Gordon and Donna, were extremely helpful, allowing us to keep their container for our frozen meat without any charge.

Felt exceptional, no complaint.

We had a great stay at Aaa Marlin Motel. The location was quiet and convenient, close to the town center and ferry. The room was clean and tidy, with fluffy towels provided daily. We also appreciated the use of the laundry facilities. The motel offered spacious accommodation that was perfect for our family, with two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The quality of the linen and towels was excellent. Despite being an older property, the decor was neutral and the rooms were comfortable. we had a pleasant experience at Aaa Marlin Motel and would recommend it to others.

We had a pleasant Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the location was ideal for us as it was close to both the CBD and the ferries. the fully appointed kitchen was wonderful and an unexpected bonus. We also enjoyed picking fresh citrus fruits from the trees outside. Finally, the owners were very welcoming and accommodating.

Although the side table was too low for eating from, a tray for food would have been helpful as there was no kitchen table in our unit. the curtains were too thin, and street lights shone through the bedroom window, waking us up early in the morning.
