The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which were key for a good night's rest in the tropical heat. the location was excellent, close to restaurants and other amenities. But what really stood out were the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The noise level was a bit too high at times, with barking dogs and loud parties from neighboring rooms. We also had some issues with cleanliness, particularly with the cutlery at breakfast.

The bungalow was charming with a lovely terrace. The breakfast was satisfying and we appreciated the helpful pick-up service. The staff gladly answered our questions and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
